Exploring how to operate Bee-Bots

This Computing video introduces how to use the buttons on a Bee-Bot to give it instructions. It explains how to switch it on, use the command buttons and start or clear a sequence. The video also reminds learners to let the Bee-Bot move on its own and to watch for lights or sounds that show it has finished following the instructions.

This video is part of Kapow’s Computing resources, which support the Cambridge Primary Computing curriculum framework (0059). As part of the Stage 1 Programming: Bee-Bots unit, it supports the development of early programming skills in a clear, hands-on way.
