Feelings and Growth Mindset

Learning to understand, express, and manage emotions while embracing a growth mindset. Classifying various emotions into families, acknowledging that each emotion can cause unique physical sensations. Discovering self-regulation strategies. Developing listening skills and awareness of when to seek help with overwhelming emotions.
