Knowledge organiser: Algorithms unplugged

A Knowledge organiser that captures the essential knowledge and skills learned throughout the Stage 1 Computing unit, Unit 3: Algorithms unplugged.

This Computing resource is designed to support children as they learn what an algorithm is and how to follow, create and debug simple algorithms in everyday contexts. It highlights key vocabulary, functions and concepts such as commands, algorithms and debugging, helping learners build their understanding of computational thinking, helping learners develop the skills to give clear instructions, spot errors and improve algorithms through logical thinking.
