Learners needing support:

  • Could stick the templates or pictures from the Resource: Ancient Egyptian symbols to their design.
  • Should plan the scale of their design on their papers.
  • Could help learners to mix their paints.


Learners working at a stretch:

  • Could add fine details to their design with other drawing materials, like pastels or chalk.
  • Should add texture (for example, with tissue paper) or bright and bold colours to areas of their designs.
