  • Should start as the ‘robot’ so that their partner can support them to follow the instructions and have a clear example to work from.
  • Should use the Resource: Pre-planned robot commands (support) to give them ideas when working with a partner.

Learners working at a stretch:

  • Should design a longer set of commands to complete a more complex challenge, for example, navigating through tables to the classroom door.
  • Could give feedback to their partners about either what made their instructions clear or how they could be improved.
