Feelings and Thoughts

Learning that it is normal to experience more than one feeling. Exploring a range of emotions, selecting them based on social situations, and verbally communicating their needs and wants. Looking at different thoughts they may experience and how they can use positive self-talk to motivate and persevere during challenges.
