Recap and recall
Display the Presentation: Show What You Know and hand out the Activity: Answer Sheet (one each). Instruct students to fold their answer sheets in half and record their answers to the following questions on one side.

Differentiation
Students needing additional support:
- Should focus on selecting only colors to represent their feelings.
- Could refer to the Resource: Feelings as a reference point.
- Could be given a scenario to support them in identifying a mixture of feelings (for example, their sibling blew out their birthday candles).
Students needing additional challenge:
- Should be encouraged to use a range of marks and textures to convey their feelings.
- Could look at famous art pieces (e.g. ‘The Starry Night’ by Vincent Van Gogh) and discuss the emotions they feel while looking at them.
