Learner video: Pinch pots

This Art and design video introduces learners to two essential clay techniques: making a pinch pot and using the score and slip method to join clay pieces. Children learn how to form a pot by shaping clay with their hands and thumb, then practise securely attaching decorations by scoring surfaces and using slip—watery clay that acts like glue.
